Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, strategic partners, and business opportunities in line with our company's growth objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential target markets.
- Lead the end-to-end business development process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
